Managing Partner
Mr. Lee brings decades of experience in principal investing, having spent over 20 years at Morgan Stanley, where he served as a Managing Director and Partner within the Firm's private equity investment platform at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 2016 to 2024. During his tenure, Mr. Lee was a Co-Founder of Morgan Stanley Energy Partners and served as a member of the Investment Committees of both Morgan Stanley Energy Partners and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Class I) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, and a Master of Science from the University of Oxford (Worcester College).
Principal
Mr. Surana focuses on the development and structuring of new investment opportunities. He currently leads commercial strategy for Aka Power, the integrated electricity platform of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund, where he works closely with Growth Fund leadership and key stakeholders. Prior to Mandemont, Mr. Surana was a Private Equity professional at Morgan Stanley Energy Partners in New York. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was an M&A professional at TD Securities in New York, where he supported $7+Bn of M&A transactions. Mr. Surana holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College.
